The Dharma teachings and materials on our website are based on teachings by our guru, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Hence, the teachings here are Mahayana teachings in the tradition of Gelug school of Vajrayana practice.

Although the teachings here are categorised under "New to Buddhism", these are essential foundational knowledge which serious practitioners and students of Buddha Dharma must have a good grasp of in order to progress in their practice and studies. Without truly understanding these foundation Buddhist teachings, there is no way one can understand the more profound teachings of Buddha Dharma.
